Ibis Walk is a sustainable and walkable mass transit-oriented mixed-use community featuring approximately 50,000 square feet of retail, office, and 401 class A apartments with a 750 space parking garage. 150,000 square feet of office is also planned. The community is located adjacent to a Publix grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and thousands of jobs. This project was done in partnership with Celotex Pridgen LLLP.
