Frustrated after his own struggles to find quality senior housing for his father, Grady decided to launch his own innovative senior living brand focused on providing the highest caliber experience for residents, including the highest caliber amenities such as gyms, spas, clubrooms, bars, and pools, premier dining options and modern living, social and amenity spaces.

Tessera Brandon is the premier Tessera community to open. The community celebrated its Grand Opening on April 26, 2018. Tessera Living will be breaking ground on a second facility in 2020.
